THE METAL BOX

PRODUCTS

All the products are hand-made in South America. 

They may have organic defects that add to the artistic character of each piece.

Some products that don't specify color options may be different color than the picture.

PACKAGING

All orders come in a muslim string bag and a hard carboard box. Both with The Metal Box branding. 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail and will include a tracking number.

Order will be shipped 2-3 business days after order is placed.

All shipping in USA is a flat rate of $5. Shipping everywhere else is $10.

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $65 with code "FREESHIP".

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange all undamaged items within 14 days of the original delivery date.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days.

We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
